*real* mother, not her adoptive mother.

Okay, so Leia was remembering her real mother Padme, who
looked sad because she was a reanimated zombie.

You have to understand. Star Wars is actually a subset of the Harry
Potter Universe. It makes perfect sense. Hagrid in HP Ep I mentions
Voldemart going to the "dark side". Voldy? Vader? See a connection?
Now we have Palpy and Padme. They are the same. Padme will eventually
write her name in flames like Tom Riddle did and declare. "I am Lord
Palpy".
She died so her force ghost could infect Palpy and make him even more
demented and wretched by the time we see him in RotJ.
Now Harry Potter is going to temporarily be turned to the "dark side".
We all know that! (stay tuned!)
